Therefore we allow 10 days from the date we email you concerning this matter to send us a certified check or money order in the amount of your purchase plus the $10.00 our bank charged back to us. You will be summoned to appear in the court of Monroe County in the state on Indiana. At such time you will be held liable for the amount of 3 times the value of the check plus $10.00 bank charge plus $25.00 filling fee plus $45.00 court cost plus 5% interest from the date of judgment. This total cost could well exceed your original purchase price and be a permanent negative on your credit rating. |
