RETURN POLICY:Exchanges of equal or greater value only within 30 days plus additional S&H. If a refund is requested there is a 25% restocking charge less the S&H already paid. Items must be in original condition and original carton. PARTS REPLACEMENT: Some parts on our web site require technical sewing machine knowledge in their replacement and/or adjustment. Not all new parts will look or fit exactly as the part you are replacing, however technicians experienced in the field of sewing machine repair will be familiar with these changes. If you are not comfortable replacing parts and/or making adjustments to your sewing machine we recommend you take your machine, parts and foot control/power cord to your nearest certified sewing machine technician. NOTE: To help assure your satisfaction and our satisfaction that your machine is functioning properly, all new and used machines are opened, tested, and adjusted with a sample and spool of thread, resealed and shipped to you. |
