The postage to ship an item is only a fraction of the actual cost to bring the item to you. We have many expenses related to our shipping department; personnel, boxes, packing, labels, tape, etc., etc.... On average it cost $5.00 to process, ship and handle small item orders. Although no order is too small, we encourage you to take advantage of our "FREE FREIGHT" offer. SHIPPING to CANADA: Please allow approximately 7 to 14 days for delivery. If you have not received your order within this time period we suggest you check with your local postal service, your order maybe held for your pick-up or there maybe additional customs/duty which you will be required to pay. FREE FREIGHT: Free freight on orders of $45.00 or more when they are small items such as parts, accessories, etc. BASIC FREIGHT: Add $3.95 shipping and handling on orders under $45.00. There is no minimum on orders. FREE FREIGHT EXCEPTIONS: Some parts, accessories and other items are considered Freight Intensive and are not eligible for Free Freight. These items will be indicated by (F/I) and indicated with $5.95 (foot controls) or $5.95 S&H on item description, whether sold separately or with other items. FREIGHT on SEWING MACHINES: Freight on most Vintage and Reconditioned Sewing Machines and carrying cases is $15.00 within the continental U.S. SHIPPING and DELIVERY: Most items will be shipped from our warehouse within two days after payment has been secured. We will ship by the most secure, cost effective method available, via FedX, UPS or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class. SHIPPING to HAWAII and ALASKA: Please allow approximately 7 to 14 days for delivery.
